JTL Engraving – Design Policy
At JTL Engraving, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom engraved pieces. To ensure an efficient and smooth process for every order, the following design policy applies:
Proofs & Revisions

Each custom order includes one initial proof and up to two (2) revisions.

Revisions include minor adjustments such as text changes, sizing, or layout tweaks.
Additional Revisions

Any revisions beyond the included two will be subject to a design fee.

Fees are based on the time required and complexity of the changes.
Custom Graphic Design

Orders requiring logo recreation, artwork cleanup, or custom design work will incur a graphic design charge.

Low-resolution or poor-quality images that need to be redrawn
